This transfer process is the same (make the reservation spots available, they are purchased by someone else, you get funds back minus the 10% transfer fee), however, instead of a ""public"" transfer, this will be a ""direct"" transfer to your PATL.
Assuming you are the trip leader (aka original reservation holder):
- Go to your reservation
- Choose: How to transfer or cancel
- Choose: transfer to PATL
- Choose which PATL (if more than one)
- Choose the number of spots to transfer (should typically be all spots minus your own, unless the PATL plans to find someone else to buy that spot - all the other spots should already by allocated)
- Confirm
- Give the PATL their unique transfer booking link, issued in their name
- They purchase those reservation spots and get a new reservation number
- You receive funds back minus the transfer fee
If others paid or reimbursed you for their spots at the time you made the original reservation, you would take those funds and get those to the PATL at the time they book the reservation over into their name, since they will have to purchase what's for them a ""new"" reservation.
The process works the same for campground reservations (www.HavasupaiReservations.com) as for Lodge reservations (www.HavasupaiLodge.com), except with the Lodge it's number of rooms that are transferable (max. 4 people to a room) and not individual (campground) spots.
