Beginning at 8:00 am Arizona time on Monday, December 16, 2024 and ending at 5:00 pm Arizona time on Friday, January 3, 2025, Havasupai Reservations account holders will have the opportunity to participate in the 2025 reservation presale. Cost to participate is $20 per person/per reservation (ex. 12 people on the reservation = $240) and is non-refundable and is not applied to the cost of the reservation.
A valid credit card is required on file to participate in the presale.
You will have the option of selecting three start dates. The presale closes at 5 pm on January 3, 2025. Account holders will receive notification ONLY if you are awarded a date. You will receive email notification no later than Monday, January 6, 2025 at 5:00 pm Arizona time. Please note: you will only receive a notification if you are awarded a date.
If you choose to accept the awarded date, full payment of the reservation must be completed by Friday, January 24, at 5 pm. If you do not accept the awarded date, no action is required and the reservation will be cancelled.
Reservations are valid for up to 12 people. Only one reservation per trip leader. Once payment is received, reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable. It is highly recommended (but not required) that you name potential alternate trip leaders (PATL) when making a reservation.
The presale option is available for both the lodge and the campground. There are separate logins for each.
- Campground reservations are $455 per person for 3 nights.
- Lodge reservations are $2,277 per lodge room – up to four people, 3 nights.
Participation in the presale does not guarantee a reservation. Presale fees are non-refundable.
